You’ll work directly with existing customers to strengthen connections while proactively engaging with potential clients to bring in new business. What You'll Do :
- Build and Maintain Relationships : The Outside Sales Rep will connect with your existing customer base regularly to strengthen partnerships and expand business.
- Proactive Sales : Use creative techniques, including cold calling, to ensure a healthy sales pipeline and acquire new business.
- Customer Solution-Focused : Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Travel for Success : Meet clients face-to-face and attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to stay ahead of trends and increase visibility.
- Achieve Sales Goals : Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by Shaffer.
