**HIRING URGENTLY**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or manufacturing environments. This role is essential for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of technicians in executing tasks efficiently and safely. Leadership is a must! Experience with concrete is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling
- Leadership
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
- Train new technicians on proper procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and equipment status.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with concrete a plus but not necessary.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of following mix or batching sheets
- Material handling with forklift and crane.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively.
