What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Shah Law Group?
Shah Law Group (SLG) is seeking a litigation attorney with 1 years of experience to join its growing litigation team. The position will be located in the Firm's new Cherry Hill, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have an interest in defending complex personal injury and employment matters, as well in working on commercial and class action lawsuits.
Qualified candidates will have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Candidates should also be enthusiastic and highly motivated. New Jersey bar admission required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research utilizing Westlaw to support litigation cases.
- Draft legal documents and pleadings with strong writing skills.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide sound legal advice.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and effective representation.
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation in the law office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
