Shake the House Party & Events is looking for on-call Bartenders to work our events as needed. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
- Accurately process payments and manage cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout events.
- Assist with inventory tracking and communicate supply needs.
- Collaborate with the event and catering teams to ensure smooth service.
- Stay updated on current drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest engagement.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightlife, or event settings preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Friendly, engaging personality with a guest-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and catering services is a bonus.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
