Shaker Auto Lease is excited to announce an opening for an Account Executive! The Account Executive position is an outside sales position that is responsible for expanding our growing lease portfolio. Shaker Auto Lease apart of Jim Pattison Lease which is a privately held, full-service fleet management business for companies and organizations with small and medium-sized fleets.
Shaker Auto Lease has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and desires to exceed that pace of growth.
The Account Executive will focus on companies with a fleet of vehicles. The Account Executive will achieve sales goals through various forms of marketing and sales presentations that define the value of fleet management to key decision makers. This person is also responsible for influencing the buying decision, while exceeding the customer's expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism. The Account Executive will be knowledgeable of our holistic menu of services including vehicle acquisition, maintenance & repair, licensing and cycling of fleet vehicles, and disposal of the client's vehicles.
The opportunity for growth in this position is quite significant with nearly unlimited income potential. Our ideal candidate should expect to make at least 6 figures between years 2 and 3 as their client base grows!
Please note: This is an active position where you will be prospecting and monitoring new business leads and formulating a new client base of businesses. This requires going out into the community and meeting businesses face-to-face as well as additional calls and emails to new prospective businesses.

- Starting pay is $70,000-$85,000 year depending on relevant outside sales experience (includes base and anticipated commissions)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of closing new business
- Identifying the leads of target market through referrals and national association relationships
- Qualify prospects through additional research and personal contact
- Create a strategy to convince prospects of their need to learn about our services
- Conduct various meetings with our clients including initial and follow up fact-finding presentations, closing and transition meetings.
- Build the initial relationship with decision makers and secure referrals
- Create custom fleet management solutions to facilitate closing the sale

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Completed Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have a minimum of two years of prior successful business to business (B2B)/outside sales experience
- Examples include: lead generation, cold-calling, a consultative sales approach, commissioned sales, Executive C-Level sales (NOT retail sales/B2C sales)
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations within the last 5 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction (ie., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Prior automotive industry sales experience is preferred but not required
