In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing the performance of our clients' paid media investments by providing strategic and actionable insights. As a client-facing professional, you will collaborate with media and account teams, utilizing data to drive advertising campaign effectiveness and exceed established goals and KPIs.
- Reveal strategic insights by analyzing data, offering recommendations, and assessing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with media teams to monitor and maintain performance against established KPIs, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
- Work closely with the client service team to present data insights to clients, continuously optimizing strategies.
- Document client goals and provide solutions that measure performance, offering thought leadership and strategic guidance.
- Strategically guide media investments for maximum return on investment.
- Provide thought leadership within the team, guiding less experienced members and partners towards desired solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau.
- Create/contribute to PowerPoint presentations.
- Partner with Client, Media and Ad Ops to ensure accurate data collection.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional media buying/planning experience.
- Familiarity with the digital media industry – recruitment marketing experience is a plus.
- Proficient in using data to drive media optimizations and develop marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to collect, analyze, and present data.
- Experience making data accessible through visualizations.
- High degree of comfort working with data in tools like Excel.
- Ability and willingness to learn Tableau data visualization software.
