Overview: Manages the culinary operations of LaunchPad Golf including restaurant, 2 bars, golf suites, private dining, and group events. Ensures proper and timely food preparation to complement and enhance guest's dining and golf entertainment experience.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma, completion of a culinary program, or equivalent 
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume, fast-paced professional kitchen environment 
• Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment. 
• Ability to communicate basic information and ideas in spoken English so others will understand. 
• Advanced knowledge of sanitation practices, quality control, recipe interpretation and prep duties. 
• Must complete formal tasting audition. 
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, database electronic mail software.
