Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is up-to-date.
- Maintain and manage calendars for appointments.
- Support office staff with various administrative duties as needed.
Skills
