This is envisioned as a “utility” position serving in several restaurant and cafe positions where needed, including as breakfast and lunch server, host or afternoon barista during the week and on weekends.

Restaurant Server Job Duties
- Provide guests with excellent service by demonstrating knowledge of all menu items.
- Set-up and breakdown various stations (deli, dessert, coffee) as assigned
- Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating
- Takes guests orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Place orders with kitchen; inform cooks about special cooking instructions
- Serves beverages and meals
- Performs quality check to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handles cash and credit card charges accurately
- Clear and reset tables when the guests have left the restaurant.
- Keeps table, dining room, café and bus station areas clean at all times
- Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by manager
- Performs other tasks as required.
