Who We Are:
Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a fast-growing, family-owned company headquartered in Overland Park, KS. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a full-time, in-office recruiter who can help us identify, attract, and hire top talent across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions
Collaborate with department managers to determine recruitment needs and ideal candidate profiles
Post job listings on multiple platforms and manage the influx of applicants
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
Manage and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Help create and implement recruitment strategies and plans to meet hiring goals
Organize job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking opportunities to attract talent
Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house experience preferred)
Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple job openings at once and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong ability to assess and evaluate candidates’ qualifications
Experience with social media recruiting is a plus
