What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back up provider position at Shane Bryant?
I am looking for a backup provider to babysit my brother. Can be for a couple hours or can be for a couple weeks. He is mentally disabled and completely passive. Simply put he has the mind of a baby. He is tiny as well. 4 foot 10 and 100 pounds. Requires constant supervision and kindness. Just as a baby would. Pay is $20 a hour for short daily hours. But when overnight babysitting we will negotiate fair pay. He stays in my home and when you babysit overnight it is only in my home. My 16 years old son , knows how to care for all his needs and will be a active support if need be. You will need to pass a background check , and a few online courses. Very important you are reliable and are here if you say you will be here. The job is not regular hours, for the most part after hired, you will mostly only babysit overnights ,when i am out of town.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 80 per week
