Seeking a candidate to support a solo practitioner who works in estate planning, probate, title examination, and civil litigation.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones.
- Greeting clients.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Heavy computer use.
- Drafting documents.
- Gathering mail and other records.
- Emailing and typing correspondence.
- Maintaining organized filing system.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) experience.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Must maintain office confidentiality and professionalism.
- Previous office and/or administrative experience preferred. No legal experience required. The position requires approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
