Shane Smith Law is a mid-size personal injury firm with a strong history of growth having 20 attorneys and 100 team members located in Peachtree City, GA and Charlotte, NC. We are dedicated to excellence and are determined to provide our clients (and yours) with exceptional legal representation by maximizing outcomes for their cases. We are looking for an attorney who wants to do the same for a high volume of North Carolina premise and personal injury cases. We need a North Carolina Attorney who wants to be in litigation and the courtroom rather than doing administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who has a desire to help their clients receive the best settlement possible on each and every case.

- Exercises keen attention to detail, ensuring effective and efficient case management
- Is familiar with filing suit on cases in North Carolina, and is not scared of a fight with the insurance company when warranted.
Requirements: Must currently hold a NC State Bar License. Premise experience is a plus!
Compensation: This position is for an Of Counsel North Carolina Attorney, and the compensation would be a fee split based on fees collected.
