Key Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out hotel guests efficiently, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Process all payments, manage cash handling, and adhere to payment policies.
- Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum one year of customer service experience; previous hotel experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Computer experience is preferred, but not necessary.
