Primary Responsibilities :
- Develops Catering account portfolios, sales goals and strategies. Ensures alignment with overall hotels business strategy.
- Leads the Events Management team in generating and developing leads for Catering segments (Corporate, Socials, Government & Associations). Handles the negotiation and converts leads into confirmed business.
- Closely monitor daily sales activities of the Events Management team and the business productions of each team member.
- Establishes Catering revenue budget and forms accurate forecast to guide the Events selling strategies and activities.
- Develops and maintains potential clients database and ensures proper documentation of account activities.
- Ensures effective communication and cohesive working relationships within the team, the Marketing division, Food & Beverage division, and with other departments.
- Establishes objective and goals for the Events Management team. Motivates and directs staff to achieve the set revenue goals in Marketing Plan.
- Effectively utilizes Delphi reports and Events revenue management tools to optimize revenue and productivity.
