We are looking
for a Fire, Life & Safety Officer, to join our team!
As a Fire, Life & Safety Officer, we rely on you to :
- Oversees maintenance and handling of equipment used
- Ensure timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area
- Control material withdrawal from the Engineering Storeroom and identifies its usages by making sure that all deliveries and withdrawals are monitored and recorded
- Collate data and makes Consumption Report Utilities
- Prepare Purchase Requisition for the storeroom items and other materials as may be needed by the department and follow up with Purchasing department
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing Engineering tools, spare parts and equipment are properly recorded in the department logbook
- Attends to the various secretarial requirements of the Senior Fire Life and Safety Manager. i.e. typing, filing, making and accepting calls and other functions, which may be required, with emphasis on confidentiality
- Ensures that par stock of Engineering spare parts and materials are always at approved levels
