Responsibilities :

  • To have knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
  • Ensure that calls to the Service Centre are promptly answered and requested followed through to the concerned department.
  • Deliver professional and caring interactions in line with hotel policies and standards.
  • Provides guest services ,perform efficient check-ins, check-outs and cashiering functions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Prepares groups arrivals and departures

Requirements :

  • Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
  • Good grasp of both written and spoken English; multilingual candidates are desirable
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of hotel standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Responsible with the ability to interact and take initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible and able to work according to hotel operational needs and requirements
  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia will be considered
