JOB OVERVIEW
In conjunction with senior management, this role will be accountable for creating and finalising the business case for the AEI project under consideration, as well as supporting the appointed Project Lead to see the project to completion, revising the financials if and when required。
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct detailed financial analyses, including feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and financial modelling.
- Prepare and present investment memorandums and deal summaries to senior management.
- Analyze performance trends and monitor hospitality industry and real estate market developments

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications
6 years of experience in finance, feasibility studies, or valuation, preferably in a related industry.
Professional in spoken and written Chinese and English
