We are looking
for a Learning and Culture Executive , to join our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensures correspondence addressed to Training Department is responded to / acted on within established timeframes.
- Personally responsible for maintaining individual training records for each staff.
- Prepares training session / activities requirements including space booking, training materials, logistics, and prizes, among others.
- Assists in overseeing library operations, ensuring implementation of policy and procedure for loaning our library resources.
- Assists the Training Manager in implementing training sessions and other activities.
- Maintains updated files of external and internal trainings, inventory of trainers, DDI records, TNA, Monthly Training Forecast, and Monthly Training Summary, among others.
- In coordination with the Training Manager, be personally responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the Hotels practicum and internship program, including receiving and screening of admission requirements, attendance monitoring and evaluation.
- Facilitates and conducts Orientation Programs for new hires, as well as casual and contractual staff.
