General Position Summary:
The QMHA Case Manager is responsible for implementing skill development strategies; Identify, implementing, and coordination services as outlined in treatment plan; understand Trauma Sensitive Interactions; Demonstrate Multicultural Awareness; Assist with Practicum Site set-up and ongoing requirements; Ensure appropriate documentation is in files according to OAR requirements for all Shangri-La Outpatient Mental Health Clinic locations.

Status: Full Time 40 hours
Location: Salem, OR
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary)
Starting Hourly wage: $20.14
Wage Scale: $20.14 - $25.47
Knowledge: [Education]
Must have current Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Must be able to be approved by the background criminal history unit.

Knowledge: [Education]
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field; or o A combination of at least three years of relevant work, education, training or experience; or o A qualified Mental Health Intern – defined as a person who meets qualifications for QMHA but does not have the necessary graduate degree in psychology, social work or behavioral science field to meet the educational requirement of QMHP. The person must:
- Be currently enrolled in a graduate program for a master’s degree in psychology, social work or in a behavioral science field;
- Have a collaborative educational agreement with the CMHP, or other provider, and the graduate program;
- Work within the scope of his/her practice and competencies identified by the policies and procedures for credentialing of clinical staff as established by provider; and
- Receive, at minimum, weekly supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor employed by the provider of services.
- Certification through MHACBO as a QMHA.
Must have current Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
