Duties : -

• Responsible for welcoming guest and assisting them with their luggage. Explaining to guest the facilities within their room, the hotel and arranging transportation.
• To ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to requests promptly.
• To ensure that all internal and external customers are treated with highest priority and respect.
• To assist Assistant Guest Services Manager, Doorman and Airport Representative when required.
• Responsible for the delivery service throughtout in a friendly and courteous manner.
