DUTIES:
Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.
Responsible for controlling / minimizing loss of operating equipment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years in international 5-star hotel's working experience.
Displays initiative and creativity.
Good communication skills.
Customer oriented.
Preferably with hotel pre-opening working experience.
