for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team!
As a Talent Acquisition Manager we rely on you to :
- Manage the full recruitment and offboarding lifecycle for all agreed roles
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to address current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower by recommending staffing levels based on business volume
- Manage employee onboarding, ensuring new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
- Track industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent management.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with state and federal regulations
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Coordinates all transfers and promotions with the property.
- Actively identify the gaps in the organizations HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
