Yard dog driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Yard Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading and movement of trailers within the yard. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.

Duties

• Safely maneuver end dump trailers within the yard.
• Operate yard dog vehicles effectively while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Proper loading of end dump trailers
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of product loaded into trailers and trailer movements
• Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate loaded trailers

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks as required by the job.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
