We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations Administrative Assistant to support our Investor Relations team and help manage relationships with our growing investor base. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth investor interactions, accurate data management, and compliance with regulations. Position Overview
As an Investor Relations Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between investors and the internal team. You will be responsible for investor data management, document processing, financial tracking, and investor relationship management. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
- We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships with investors.Â
- The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, real estate syndication, investor relations or executive support and be comfortable working with CRMs, legal documentation, and financial reporting.
- 2 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services, Real Estate Syndication, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of investment documentation, legal contracts, and SEC compliance (preferred).
Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of investor data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor correspondence.
- Experience working with CRMs (Course Creator 360, AppFolio, or similar systems).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate investor needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based document storage platforms such as Google Suite.
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to analyze finical reports and legal documentation.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
