Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses. (Salary commensurate with experience)

• Interact and communicate with our clients and team members from a place of compassion while adhering to the firm’s missions, values, and goals.
• Handling all aspects of a criminal case from investigation through trial and/or sentencing.
• Strategic thinking in order to zealously advocate for all clients.
• Drafting motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands, responses, and correspondence, etc.
• Handling all aspects of litigation.
• Sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to accomplish client goals.
• Ability to creatively research and write creating effective arguments.

• Admission to the Michigan State Bar
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 3 years of criminal litigation experience either in the public or private sector.
• Positive attitude and motivational mindset
• Exceptional customer service with an empathetic attitude to our clients

• Strong written communication (consistent, detail-oriented, and professional)
• Strong verbal communication (personable, customer service oriented, and proactive)
