Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Team Lead to support our Project Manager on a day-to-day basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager with permit submittals, contract administration, and coordination with site superintendents
- Ensure daily photos, safety logs, and reports are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and files as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
