What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Consultant position at Shared Success Center?
Our collaborative team of corporate HR generalists is excited to welcome you as a key partner focused on development and support of HR programs, HR best practices, and communications, while providing consultation, training and guidance for employees and the broader HR organization. Our group shares a common goal of creating and improving HR programs, tools, and resources, and consulting with internal HR partners and company leaders on unique or complex HR situations. This position offers opportunities for learning, growth, and career development in multiple areas within the HR field including employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, safety and security, policy and compliance, learning and development, and provides cross-functional support of compensation and benefits initiatives. Participates in cross-functional initiatives with other groups such as finance, IT, and legal.

HR Consultant - Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to develop and improve a wide variety of human resources programs and initiatives. Partner with HR business leaders, the HR operations team, and other functional areas to plan, coordinate and implement new and enhanced programs and initiatives.
- Plan, write, and edit HR communications. Communications include employee and / or manager facing communications, procedural and technical guides, business recommendations and proposals, HR program details and supporting tools and resources updates to other internal HR partners. May lead and / or facilitate group calls, and present or speak on special topics.
- Create and maintain tools, procedures and reference pieces using a wide variety of programs and systems.
- Consult with HR business leaders, HR operations staff, and cross functional business partners, demonstrating excellent knowledge and providing guidance on a wide range of HR topics and programs.
- Coordinate with HRIS team, providing content updates, materials, guidance and information needed to maintain key HR systems.
- Be a liaison with select HR vendors.
- Provide guidance and training to new field HR partners and / or HR operations center staff on HR processes and programs.
- Stay abreast of HR best practices, emerging areas of focus, and new developments in compliance and employment law impacting the current and changing needs of the organization. Incorporate these concepts into HR programs and initiatives.

Desired Qualifications :
Wage : $67,000 - $83,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
