What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Sales Team Member, you’ll be part of the heartbeat of our salon, creating an amazing experience for clients and contributing to a smooth and successful daily operation. We’re looking for someone ready to jump in, make connections with clients, and proactively support the team and salon.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Service – Ensure every client feels welcomed, heard, and valued from the moment they walk in until they leave.
- Drive Sales Success – Achieve individual and team sales goals through strong client interactions, product knowledge, and client recommendations.
- Manage the Flow – Handle appointment bookings, client check-ins, and maintain efficient salon operations, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Resolve with Professionalism – Address any client concerns with empathy and efficiency, aligned with Sharkey’s commitment to exceptional service.
- Team Support – Work closely with stylists, help manage schedules, and assist salon management in daily operations to work towards set goals.
- Create a Fun, Positive Atmosphere – Bring high energy, positive vibes, and Sharkey’s welcoming culture to life.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service & Sales Experience – You bring a proven track record in customer service and sales, with a natural ability to engage and assist clients.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented – You’re efficient, organized, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – You can communicate clearly and effectively, with experience resolving issues and engaging with a diverse range of personalities.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with scheduling software (Salon Ultimate a plus), basic word processing, and spreadsheets.
- Salon or Retail Experience Preferred – Prior experience in a salon or similar setting is a plus.
