Job Description:
This 10–12-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in distribution operations, sales, and leadership. Interns will take on a high-impact project, present findings to senior leadership, and gain valuable industry insights. The program runs full-time (40 hours/week) with a pay rate of $19/hour. High-performing interns may receive an invitation to join the Management Trainee Program after graduation.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and moving products in the warehouse
- Customer service, order entry, and inside sales
- Shadowing a Territory Manager for outside sales experience
- Completing and presenting a high-impact business project at our corporate headquarters
- You’ll also have biweekly coaching sessions to accelerate your learning and ensure you’re making the most of your
- Field(s) of study: Supply Chain Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- Current Juniors with plans to graduate between December 2025 and May 2026
- Have proven leadership, teamwork, and work ethic through previous jobs or extracurricular activities
- Are personable, driven, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
- Candidates who have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, reliable transportation, are authorized to work for any employer without sponsorship in the US and will pass a criminal and driving background check with a pre-employment drug test will be considered.
