Software Technical Project Management Intern
Work Period : Mid May through Mid August (12 weeks total)
Location : Onsite 5 Days a Week Needham, MA. This position has no relocation or housing assistance.
Summary of Position :
SharkNinja is seeking highly motivated Software Technical Project Management (TPM) Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. As a TPM Intern, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the development of our next generation of connected products across the Shark and Ninja ranges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridging gaps between disciplines to ensure seamless project execution and innovative product delivery.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and mobile app teams to define project scopes and objectives.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to align with overall business goals.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and bottlenecks.
- Support the triage of technical issues, ensuring timely resolution without departmental silos.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation and progress reports.
- Promote a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
