Vice President, UK/EU Operations At SharkNinja, our purpose is to positively impact people’s lives every day in every home around the world!  We work very hard to provide our consumers with high quality, exciting 5-start products that make life easier.  We thrive on passion and innovation, and are looking for great people, with great ideas, who want to build the next big thing and develop while they do.  At SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is vital to our global success.  Valuing each unique voice and blending all of our diverse skills strengthens SharkNinja’s innovation every day.  We support ALL of our associates in bringing their authentic selves to work, making an impact, and having the opportunity for career acceleration.  With help from our leadership, associates, and our community, we aim to have equity be a key component of the SharkNinja DNA.   For more information about SharkNinja, please visit us at:  www.sharkninja.com     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   The Vice President, UK/EU Operations (“VP, UK/EU Operations”) is a critical member of the Operations leadership team and owner of the operational strategies to deliver on growth plans for both the retail and direct-to-consumer businesses.  This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will ensure best-in-class delivery to both retail customers and direct-order consumers at the lowest possible cost.  The VP, UK/EU Operations will act as the “orchestra leader”, leading Order Management, Supply Operations, and Distribution, Demand and Supply Planning, and Commercial Sales to deliver topline while meeting customer and consumer expectations.  Additionally, this leader will embody and drive the “maniacally eliminate efficiencies” objective and mindset.  The VP, UK/EU Operations will leverage a relentless desire to win and drive continuous improvement ethos that seeks the best solution in order to deliver the world-class results that SharkNinja has consistently generated over the last decade.   Specifically, the VP, UK/EU Operations will: ·         Lead UK and EU Operations and Supply Chain functions to partner in delivering the monthly and annual sales plan, with best-in-class service at the lowest possible cost. ·         Lead team to identify risks early and to develop and execute mitigations. ·         Lead and manage UK and EU Order Management, Distribution, and Supply Operations associates, processes and tools; includes leading shared service center for greater EU. ·         Be accountable for the UK and EU EDI team, processes and tools. ·         Ensure distribution and transportation capacity is in alignment with requirements to deliver business plans. ·         Own retailer chargebacks investigations and ensure corrective actions are put in place to avoid chargebacks. ·         Define and deliver against key metrics for UK and EU end-to-end supply chain, including on time and in full metrics to key retailers. ·         Drive standardization to eliminate inefficiencies were possible. ·         Own daily, weekly and monthly shipment, order status and bookings communications; will provide delivery forecast ranges throughout the month.     PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS   The ideal candidate will be an operations and/or supply chain expert with leadership experience in organizations known for world-class supply chain capabilities. This leader must be a proactive, action-oriented leader with the ability to quickly solve complex problems. This leader must also have strong experience partnering with and influencing cross functional partners, include commercial and planning. Most importantly, this individual must balance the strategic and hands-on requirements of this position with a flexible working style and a proven ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders.   Ideally, this leader will bring: ·         Demonstrated functional knowledge and experience in successfully running all aspects of supply chain and/or operations. ·         Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to improve service while optimizing working capital and cost.   ·         Successful track record building networks and implementing processes for a rapidly growing company. ·         Experience and understanding of global supply chain dynamics and considerations. ·         Proven experience in using data (KPIs) in a measurable way to achieve specific strategic results that are relevant to the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to develop, measure and improve key performance indicators. ·         Successful track record in working with and through 3rd party logistics providers to drive operational improvement/efficiency and reduce cost. ·         An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment. ·         A team oriented and collaborative approach. Proven results building effective long-term relationships at all levels, internally and externally, and go the extra mile for customers. ·         Experience leading remote team members (e.g. France, Germany). ·         Proven experience leading and influencing cross functional partners to deliver business results. ·         Unpretentious confidence. Communicate transparently – listen actively and speak respectfully. ·         Ability to communicate for impact, both in writing and verbally. ·         Operate with a strong work ethic and an unrelenting resolve to follow through and meet commitments. ·         A demonstrated willingness to learn, roll-up their sleeves and set an example for the team as a “doer.” ·         Experience in planning and S&OP is considered a plus.     EDUCATION Academic credentials should include an undergraduate degree from a respected college / university, ideally in a discipline relevant to Operations, such as Supply Chain Management or Engineering, is required.
