Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to provide effective IT assistance to our organization.
NOTE: Its a On demand Part time Freelance onsite work On Per hour basis
Duties
- Communicate with users to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Manage Windows operating systems and perform computer management tasks
- Troubleshoot software problems and provide solutions
- Assist with computer networking tasks including setup and maintenance
- Utilize tools like Remedy and ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking
- Configure and maintain firewalls and VPN connections
- Monitor and maintain LAN infrastructure
Experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Strong knowledge of computer management tasks
- Experience in software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with computer networking principles
- Knowledge of IT service management tools like Remedy, ServiceNow
- Understanding of firewall configurations and VPN setups
Hardware Break & Fix -Repair of defective hardware for Devices
- HP Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, etc.
- Motherboard/Branding
- Cracked Screens
- HP Retail Point of Sale Systems
- Cash Drawers, Hardware Replacements

- Battery
Printer Support-Fixing a paper jam, resetting a printer, replacement of consumables or a PM
