FIXED INCOME TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYSTPerm / FTHybrid onsite – Charlotte, NC Role DescriptionOur client is in process of leading a Digital Transformation across their Americas Division as they continue to modernize our technology, focus on our data driven approach, grow and plan for the future. As a result of this expansion they are seeking a Technical Business Analyst.Role ObjectivesReceiving support requests from the business, guiding them and working with developers and Back-office applications Support the lead with automation solutions and / or help change current process flow to reduce the number of incidentsMust have good understanding of Fixed Income Trade life cycle from Front to Back Must have thorough knowledge on Post Trade functions of Financing Trading like Repos, Borrow Loans, Tri-Party, Pledge in / out.Experience with Back-office applications that are used for processing financing transactions. Work on projects resulting from Regulatory and Industry initiativesEffectively communicate with internal teams or vendor to resolve issuesAbility to own and manage problems or incidents and provide a solution without much supervisionAbility to support RTB projects and tasks as well as assist in CTB project and tasks.Qualifications and SkillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skills.Should have 7 to 12 years of experience working in Fixed Income products or domain.Thorough understanding of Security Lending business front to backExperience working with FIS LOANET, Broadridges Impact applications and other vendors systems is a plus.Excellent knowledge of back office fixed income systems specifically handling Financing trading with Govt Bonds, Corporate Bonds and EquitiesMust have thorough knowledge on Post Trade functions of Financing Trading like Repos, Borrow Loans, Tri-Party, Pledge in / out.Should have experience and knowledge with Stock Loans for Equities, Worked with Global One application is a plusGood understanding of Accounting and P&L Good knowledge end to end trade processing and settlement / clearingGood knowledge of Fixed Income productsKnowledge and Experience in Equities is a plusConversant in ITIL and SQL
