Responsibilities and Project Details :
The role focuses on project management support for the global rollout of a new training approval tool developed on the OutSystems platform.
Responsibilities include managing project plans, coordinating with global learning leads, and supporting people managers in reviewing and approving training requirements.

Candidate Requirements and Preferences
Experience : Minimum of 5 years required; candidates with 10 - 15 years of experience will be considered if comfortable with Project Management / Coordination rather than a leadership role.
Preferred Background : Experience in training solutions or learning management systems (LMS) and Software development life cycle highly preferred.
Global Rollout and Stakeholder Management
The role involves working with various stakeholders, including organizational change management teams and learning leads across multiple business areas.
