Job Summary
The Range Services position is essential for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all users of the range facilities. This role involves overseeing range operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service to all patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the shooting sports and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor range activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding range use, equipment handling, and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the range facilities and equipment to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness.
• Facilitate range orientation with new guests
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during range operations.
• Maintain accurate records of range usage, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Re-stock retail space as needed
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall experience for all range users.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass an extensive criminal background check and pre-employment screening
• Needs to have incredible attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer service role working with a wide range of skillsets. Emphasis in outdoor recreation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to firearms is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Needs to be available to work on Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
