Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Assist clients with their needs, addressing concerns or issues promptly
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client orders, requests, and inquiries
- Work with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on account status and performance
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Provide recommendations for improvements in client service and account management
