Image Review Clerk

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of EZ Pass Image Reviewer. As part of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing images captured by toll booths to ensure accurate toll collection through the EZ Pass system. Your primary role will involve verifying that the license plate information matches the vehicle registered with the EZ Pass account and resolving any discrepancies that may arise during the image review process.

Responsibilities:

• Review images captured by toll booths to verify license plate information.
• Ensure that the license plate matches the vehicle registered with the EZ Pass account.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the image review process.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and improve efficiency in toll collection procedures.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for image review and toll collection operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding any issues or concerns.
• Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with toll collection systems or similar technology.
• Knowledge of vehicle registration processes and license plate recognition technology.
• Familiarity with EZ Pass or other electronic toll collection systems.
