What You'll Do:
As our Office Manager, you’ll wear many hats to support the success of our clinic. Your key responsibilities include:
Front Desk Management
- Ensure patient visits are organized efficiently.
- Minimize no-show rates by maintaining excellent communication with patients.
Marketing Coordination
- Manage workshops and community engagement efforts.
- Drive attendance to events that promote our mission and services.
Billing Oversight
- Monitor and improve our accounts receivable
- Assist in maintaining a high collection rate.
Office Oversight and Coordination
- Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and office supplies to keep things on track.
