What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personnel Coordinator position at Shaw's?
The Personnel Coordinator is responsible for assisting Store and Department Management in the hiring process and for conducting Orientations. He/she is the liaison between the store associates and store support positions. He/she must possess excellent communication skills and maintain effective and productive working relationships with all store associates. He/she is responsible for modeling the customer satisfaction behaviors, to include being friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and passionate.
