Job Summary:
This position is responsible supervision of ADRC staff specifically Information & Assistance Specialist and staff in the Oconto Falls office in the Wolf River Region. The position includes working closely with ADRC Director to provide services and coordination of services for the Regional ADRC. This position is part of a supervisory position located in Oconto County under the ADRC Director.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists the ADRC Director in the preparation of the annual ADRC budget, within ADRC grant revenues limitations. Maintains and monitors the budget for compliance.
- Coordinates ADRC projects under the direction of the Director.
- Assures that all meetings, including board meetings and training are communicated and supported for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinates meetings for satellite site visits.
- Supports Regional ADRC staff as needed in developing and completing projects related to functions of the Regional ADRC office.
- Trains and supervises Information & Assistance specialists.
- Supervises the Oconto Falls office.
- Authority to hire, discipline and terminate employees.
- Supports other Regional ADRC staff as needed for reporting, training, and policy development.
- Compiles reports, charts, or statistical information for ADRC use.
- Represents the Aging and Disability Resource Center of The Wolf River Region to the community at large through professional interaction, public speaking, media presentation and participation in advisory groups and regional functional teams.
- Complies with applicable federal and state laws, administrative rules, established agency procedures and accepted professional standards.
- Participates in on-going training, maintaining contemporary knowledge to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintains confidentiality of client information and protected health information as required by State and Federal regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) Act of 1996.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Provides back-up when the Director is unavailable.
- Provides orientation to new staff and monitoring of new staff.
- Completes paperwork for new hires/staff changes.
- Participates in program development, marketing and outreach activities including representation for the ADRC.
- Ensures continues communication and working relationships with Community Partners.
- Monitors tracking databases
- Review and sign off on SSI-E applications
- Provides oversight of MDS, FS, PPS and related reporting requirements.
- Assists with oversight of contract requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field.
-Four to five years of experience required.
-Wisconsin driver's license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,824.00 - $80,932.80 per year
