Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Concrete Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial concrete construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of commercial concrete construction projects
- Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control measures, and industry standards
- Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure future business opportunities
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and progress documentation
- Operate total station instruments for accurate layout and as-built documentation reports
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in project timelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial concrete construction project management
- Strong knowledge of structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, formwork, and rebar installation
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA certification and PMP certification are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
