ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Shawna Owens State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

Responsibilities :
Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Obtain a Property & Casualty License in the State of Indiana so that you can assist current customers with basic policy changes and questions.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
You must be able to type quickly and efficiently, along with being tech savvy in Salesforce.
Compassionate and Calm demeanor.
We are looking to add a new long-term applicant to our team who sees themselves staying with our Agency for at minimum 5 years. We are not looking for a clock puncher or short-term hire.
