· Build revenues for the company through strategic advertising relationships. Led, mentored, and inspired a high-performing team of sales executives, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
· Act as a hands-on player-coach by balancing team leadership responsibilities with direct management of a strategic book of business.
· Uphold a results-oriented sales culture that prioritizes innovation, accountability, and achievement of revenue goals.
· Maintain and build strong relationships with brand marketers, agencies, and buyers, leveraging a deep understanding of their business objectives to craft customized solutions.
· Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
- · Work closely with all internal specialists, including Integrated Marketing, Planning, Content Marketing, Events, and Client Services, to create strong marketing solutions for your clients.
Requirements:
· 10 years of online advertising sales experience
· In depth knowledge of digital and addressable media, ad tech platforms, and the overall digital advertising ecosystem.
· In addition to digital media, experience in branded content, influencer/creator, and event sales a plus
· Strong analytical skills to be used to interpret data and insights to inform sales prospecting, go-to-market strategy and drive business outcomes.
· Demonstrates strong understanding and ability to maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce.
· Excellent business presentation skills including strong oral and verbal communication.
· Proven ability to meet stretch sales goals in a challenging environment.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.

Salary : $200 - $220
