Job Title : Field Construction Safety Manager
Location : 2 Project Locations : Dayton, OH & Defiance, OH (2-2.5 hours apart)
Duration : 12 Months (Immediate Start)
Type : 1099 Contractor
Compensation :
- Hourly Rate : $70 / hr
- Completion Bonus : $150 / month
- Pay : Weekly

Project Scope :
The Construction Safety Manager will oversee the safety of the New construction of townhomes and an assisted living facility. Each location will be building two new townhomes onsite, along with a large main building that will be used for an assisted living facility. (JSAs, Site Walks, Audits, safety enforcement, etc.).
