Compensation & Perks:
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 annually (DOE)

Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | 40-hour workweek
Project Scope:
Manage and enforce safety standards for commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring compliance across multiple sites.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's safety program.
Provide hands-on electrical safety oversight for 100 - 120 non-union employees.
Conduct proactive site visits, JSA's, safety audits, and enforce compliance to mitigate risks and maintain workplace safety.
Collaborate with HR on Workers' Compensation processes, including OSHA 300 logs, tracking recordables, and return-to-work procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
7 years of safety management experience.
10 years of construction experience with direct electrical duties.
OSHA 510, NFPA 70E, First Aid/CPR/AED.
Expertise in Lock Out / Tag Out (LOTO), Arc Flash Protection, Electrical Hazards, and NEC Safety Regulations.
Preferred:
CUSP, ISO 45001, CHST, or ASP certifications.
Strong proficiency with online-based safety reporting software (Major points for familiarity with KPA FLEX).
