Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Take customers sales orders
- Build relationships with our customers and associates
- Create customer value with ultimate customer service that will drive 100% customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Support to the operations of the branch and branch manager
- Provide an excellent customer experience
Counter Sales Associate Qualifications
The right candidate for this role will possess the following:
- Local market knowledge (Preferred but not required)
- 1-3 yrs. of counter experience in HVAC wholesale Distribution (Preferred but not required)
- Great customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment screening
Counter Sales Associate Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to sit for 20 minutes at a time
- Ability to push, pull at least 20 pounds
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
