We are looking for a rockstar Email Marketing Coordinator to help execute and optimize our email marketing strategy. This is an junior-level role perfect for someone who is excited to work in a fast-paced start up environment and grow their skills in email automation, design, and performance analysis. This role will work in-person out of our Lehi, UT office, with one day per week from home.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, retention, and customer engagement.
- Write persuasive email copy that drives conversions while maintaining brand voice.
- Work with design tools (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite) to create visually appealing emails.
- Support the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including list pulls, segmentation, setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to improve open and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTRs, conversions) and provide data-driven insights.
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Support data hygiene efforts to maintain clean, accurate marketing lists.
- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience writing compelling sales-focused emails.
- Some experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with an interest in performance tracking, A/B testing, and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Experience working in Asana
- Familiarity with CRM
- High-level of enthusiasm and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Portfolio of design work particularly in lifecycle/email
- Experience in other areas of marketing - Performance, paid media, etc...
