Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
- Effectively demonstrate product line.
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
- Provides customer service to customers throughout the region (Cincy, Dayton, Columbus).
- Visit potential and current customer locations to harvest new lines of business.
- Regularly update and maintain customer leads and account records, including contact names and numbers in Company CRM (Netsuite). Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn.
- Present products and services to potential and current customers.
- Writes customer orders and listens to customer requests.
- Assist on installations and set up of new accounts.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales is required/ 3 years of experience preferred.
- Food service/hospitality background is preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite preferred.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, high energy, and persistent attitude are the soft skills required.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
- Previous experience in upselling products or services is an advantage.

Pay:
- Starting at $60,000 Based on Experience
- Bi-weekly Pay (Salary)

Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
