WILL ASSIST SUPERVISOR ON THE FF TASKS
Receptionist for Roofing Production : answering salesmen inquiries, prioritizing of important requests and systematic followups.
Manage commitment of production lead times to salesmen via shared excel
Manage distribution and scheduling of manpower (absences, work assignments, shifting, recording briefing to each operator) to make sure products are finished on time
Produce updated product samples and coordinate with salesmen.
Final reviewing of Production Reports before giving to operators.
Double checking, deadline prioritization and stock buffering.
Monthly inventory of coils
Reviewing of Coil Length Balances and provide critical analysis for big length discrepancies, implement solutions to minimize with the goal of preventing reasons for big length discrepancies
Handle, consolidate and solve operator / bender concerns related to production.
Prefer Industrial engineering graduates who could manage people.
Good with excel formulas, basic powerpoint skills and presentation.
With initiative to find work and make repetitive work faster.
